I am currently studying a BA (Hons) in Technical Theatre Arts (Theatre Technology) at Guildhall School of Music and Drama. This involves me primarily studying Lighting, Sound and Production management, as well as other specialities. The course enables me to learn about technical design, which is something I am extremely passionate about. Throughout my degree I will have the opportunity to perform a number of production roles on public performances. Prior to this I studied at Suffolk New College, where I was heavily involved in technical theatre and gained many skillls. I am a very commited and hard working individual that always strives to achieve the best possible and I am always looking to improve my skill base and knowledge.

I am currently studying on the BA (Hons) Technical Theatre Arts course at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Within this 3 year degree course I study all aspects of lighting, sound, projection, stage technology and production management. I have also taken associated studies in Stage Management, Construction and Props.The course progresses each year, with the final year culminating in an opportunity of acting as a Production Manager, Sound No. 1, Technical Stage Manager, or lighting, sound or AV designer

Suffolk New College
During my time at Suffolk New College I studied for a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts. Within this course I studied many aspects of performance, from musical theatre to acting and dance. I also studied technical theatre maintenance, lighting and sound and deputy stage management which involved me being heavily involved in technical aspects of performances throughout the two years I attended the college. In the final year we toured 3 shows to Arras, northern France. My final overall grade was a triple distinction, including distinctions in technical theatre maintenance, directing and musical theatre, amongst others

The Gilberd School
I studied for my GCSE’s at an Arts Mark Gold awarded secondary school, that was well equipped in the drama department. This meant that with supportive staff I could experiment with technical theatre as an art form, and it was here I found my passion for Technical Theatre and started to gather skills that I put into practice in various public performances. I achieved 12 A*-B grades, including an A* in Performing Arts (Technical Specialism) and I.T and an A in Electronics. During my time at the school I won the 2007 ‘Performing Artist of The Year’ award, and the 2008 ‘Arts Award (Main Award)
